Utopia Builder Privacy Policy

Utopia Builder is designed to help you create, save, and share builds while staying in control of what you choose to upload and publish.

Information you provide

Account details such as email address when you sign up or sign in.
Profile information such as username, bio, and avatar image.
Content you choose to upload, including saved build data, build posts, screenshots, captions, and images.

Information used to operate the app

Identifiers needed to manage accounts, saved content, synchronization, moderation, and subscriptions.
Purchase and entitlement information if premium features are enabled.
Advertising-related or device-related information that may be processed by integrated SDKs if ads are enabled in the production build.

Photos and media

Utopia Builder only uses photos and images you explicitly choose through system-provided pickers or upload flows.

Uploaded build content

If you sign in, Utopia Builder may upload saved build data and generated thumbnails to keep your builds available across account-based features. When you publish a post, the app uploads the images and build details needed to display that post in the community experience.

Third-party services

Utopia Builder may use third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, subscriptions, and advertising. Review those services as part of your final release compliance process.

Your choices

You can choose whether to sign in, upload profile content, or publish community posts. Core local building features can be used without creating an account.
